Differents échantillons de CeO2 preparés sous diverses conditions experimentales ont été analysés par photoabsorption X comparativement au Ce métallique. Pour les échantillons sous stoéchiométriques, les pics caractéristiques de la valence Ce3+ sont largement dominants.
