L'adsorption d'insuline bovine sur de la nitrocellulose a été étudiée par spectrométrie de masse PDMS et par ellipsométrie. Les résultats montrent que la spectrométrie de masse PDMS peut être utilisée pour l'étude de la compétition entre l'adsorption directe d'insuline sur la nitrocellulose et la formation d'agglomérats d'insuline.Adsorption of bovine insulin to nitrocellulose has been studied using Plasma Desorption Mass Spectrometry (PDMS) and ellipsometry.
