Le but de cette étude est de déterminer si l'EXAFS est une bonne méthode pour rechercher l'ordre local dans les solutions solides concentrées. Deux échantillons de Au3Cu ordonnés à courte distance (T/TC=1.02 et 1.2) ont été etudiés au voisinage des seuils K du Cu et LIII de l'Au. Le nombre de premiers voisins est obtenu par reconstruction des spectres EXAFS.
