An emission inventory was carried out, in which emission rate for the loss evaporation of the hydrocarbon stored in stockage tanks was calculated using an emission model, called TANKS. The emission rate for the evaporation loss of hydrocarbons of oily water basins and water-oil separator of wastewaster system were calculated using emissions factors. In accordance to the emissions inventory carried out, the 153 stockage tanks of this refinery emitted ≈ 92 kg/hr of hydrocarbons and the wastewater system emitted 1217 kg/hr of hydrocarbons. The results were calculated by ISCST3 dispersion model in terms of maximum concentration time average which were1217 mg/cu m and in terms of annual average concentration were 17.6 mg/cu m.347
