Micro-process Based Management Of Medical Equipment Maintenance

This paper describes the applicability of a management model to control the process of medical equipment maintenance at the Center for Biomedical Engineering (CEB) of the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). The model is based on a state-diagram in which all maintenance activities are represented.
