Educational Aspects Of Epilepsy [aspectos Educacionais Na Epilepsia]

Introduction: Epilepsy is a common neurological condition. Unfortunately there are gaps in knowledge, diagnosis and treatment, and these have impact on economy and psychosocial well being of patients. Purpose and methodology: This article discusses the educational aspect of epilepsy, assuming that society in general knows very little about epilepsy, including professionals in general (health, education and social areas), patients and their families.
