ANISOTROPIE MAGNÉTIQUE ET ORDRE DANS L'ALLIAGE Fe-Co ÉQUIATOMIQUE [1]

L'énergie d'anisotropie magnétique mesurée sur une sphère monocristalline de Fe-Co 50-50 at. traitée thermiquement sous champ magnétique comprend un terme a symétrie cubique et un terme à symétrie uniaxiale dépendant du degré d'ordre de l'alliage. On peut interpréter cette énergie comme la somme des énergies de paires du cristal, à condition de tenir compte des paires d'atomes seconds voisins. Nous calculons le nombre de ces paires en fonction du degré d'ordre avec la méthode de Yang-Li-Hill. L'accord avec les expériences est satisfaisant si on tient compte des vibrations du réseau.We measured the magnetic anisotropy energy in a spherical single crystal of Fe-Co 50-50 at. after magnetic annealing. We found a term with cubic symmetry and a term with uniaxial symmetry, depending on the degree of order in the alloy. This energy can be considered as the sum of the energy of the pairs of nearest and next nearest neighbours of the crystal. We calculate the number of these pairs as a function of the degree of order using the Yang-Li-Hill method. The theoretical and experimental results are in good agreement if we take into account the lattice vibrations
