The aim of this study was to exploit mango peel waste (Mangifera indica L.) to obtain bioactive extracts. Mango peel waste was subjected to two sequential extraction steps: supercritical CO2 extraction (ScCO2), followed by pressurized ethanol (PE) from the residue of the first stage. Both extractions were carried out at 30MPa and 40°C. The extracts obtained were evaluated by spectrophotometric method in terms of Total Carotenoids Content (TCC), Total Phenolic Content (TPC), Total Flavonoids Content (TFC); and Antioxidant Activity (%AA) by DPPH method.
