Violências Privadas Como Se Fossem Direitos Públicos. Perspectivas Antropológicas

This article examines the relationship between police officers and women who claim the status of victims of domestic violence in Portugal. The text proposes a reading of Law and rights in light of theories of human intersubjectivity.
