Dans la technique dite signatures acoustiques on fait un déplacement de la lentille d'un microscope acoustique vers la surface de l'échantillon étudié. Il en résulte un phénomène d'interférence entre la partie du front d'onde à incidence quasi normale et l'onde de surface engendrée dans l'échantillon et réémise dans le liquide. On observe une série de franges d'interférence V(z) en fonction du déplacement z à partir de laquelle on peut déduire la vitesse d'ondes de Rayleigh dans l'échantillon. Nous avons fait une étude préliminaire de la transition de phase de SrTi03 à 105 K utilisant cette technique afin d'évaluer le potentiel de la microscopie acoustique pour étudier les transitions de phase.The technique of Acoustic materials signatures ...
