Nous présentons une revue des études théoriques et expérimentales de la propagation des ultra-sons dans l'3He superfluide. Nous traitons d'une manière semi-phénoménologique les mécanismes d'absorption par rupture de paires et les excitations des modes collectifs d'oscillation du paramètre d'ordre. Nous discutons les résultats d'une théorie microscopique et les comparons à l'expérience.A review of theoretical and experimental work on ultra sound propagation in superfluid 3He is given. The appearance of new absorption mechanisms by pair breaking and excitation of order parameter collective modes is considered in a semiphenomenological way. The results of a microscopic theory are discussed and compared with experiment
