Nursing care for orthopedic patient in over all and spinal anestesic

Theoretical part explains briefly the history of anesthesia, types of anesthesia, perioperative care of patients, complications and contraindications of general and spinal anesthesia. In the practical part the facts based on a questionnaire focused on preoperative and postoperative care of patients after orthopaedic surgery are processed. Questionnaire was presented to the nurses of surgical and orthopaedic department of Nemocnice Jablonec nad Nisou. Among other things, data from the questionnaire revealed the fact that although there are standards of care for patients after general and spinal anesthesia at the hospital, there is not stated, when the patient can drink and eat after the anesthesia. After consultation with the head of department of anesthesiology and resuscitation Dr. Martin Bartoň and the hospital managment , these standards will be revised so that the procedure of postoperative care in hospital is unified.Tato bakalářská práce zabývající se perioperační péčí je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je pojednáno ve stručnosti o historii anestezie, o druzích anestezie, o perioperační péči o pacienty, komplikacích a kontraindikacích celkové a spinální anestezie. V praktické části jsou zpracována fakta vycházející z dotazníku, zaměřeného na předoperační a pooperační péči o pacienty po ortopedických výkonech, který byl předložen sestrám ortopedického a chirurgického oddělení Nemocnice Jablonec nad Nisou, p. o.. Z údajů získaných dotazníkem mimo jiné vyplynul fakt, že nemocnice sice má vypracovány standardy péče o pacienty po celkové a spinální anestezii, ale není v nich uvedeno, od kdy může pacient po anestezii přijímat per os. Proto budou, ve spolupráci s primářem ARO oddělení MUDr. Martinem Bartoněm a vedením nemocnice, tyto standardy přepracovány tak, aby se v nemocnici sjednotil postup pooperační péče
