Fusion is currently defined as a developmental anomaly that occurs due to an union of two or more adjacent teeth during morphodifferentiation of the dental germs. The present case reports the endodontic treatment of a fused maxillary lateral incisor and supernumerary tooth. A 12-year-old girl had an excessively large anterior tooth. The endodontic therapy was carried out, so the patient could receive a surgical therapy to remove the supernumerary tooth and orthodontic treatment to correct the malocclusion. Electronic apex locator, rotary instrumentation and thermo-mechanical obturation were used under the direct view of a dental operating microscope. © 2008 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.13157162Hagman, F.T., Anomalies of form and number, fus...
