ABSTRACT UTILIZATION OF FERMENTED WATER HYACINTH (Eichhornia crassipes) IN DUCK DIETS ON DRY MATTER AND ORGANIC MATTER DIGESTIBILITY.The study aimed to determine the use of fermented water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) (FWH) in duck dietson dry matter and organic matter digestibility. This study was carried out for three weeks using 20 crossbred ducks of Mojosari and Alabio (MA), 8 weeks of age.
