The goal of this paper compares the notion of social dimension of knowledge in two recently projects of Social Epistemology developed by A. Goldman and S. Fuller. The work in divide in four sections. In the first, expose the context and antecedents of Social Epistemology. With this background in the next two sections, I note in a brief way Goldman’s and Fuller’s explanations about why they consider in their own perspective the feasibility and necessity to develop normative judgements about social dimension of knowledge. Finally, in the last section I conclude talking about the need of still looking for meeting points between the normative and the descriptive perspectives of knowledge, to be able to build correct and multidimentional images ...
