The eucalyptus is a plant with rapid growth and high response to phosphorus in the initial growth, requiring high doses of fertilizers. Due to the high cost of phosphorus (P), it is proposed that part of the soluble fertilizer could be replaced by lower-cost sources as rock phosphates (RPs).The study was carried out to evaluate the relative efficiency (RE) of RPs in soils with and without liming and to evaluate the use of RP as a partial substituent of soluble fertilizers to supply P for E. benthamii and E. dunnii.
