This present study evaluated the influence of water quality on the quality of cold raw milk on eight dairy farms in the Midwest Catarinense Region, considering the current legal standards of drinking water (MS Decree 518/2004 and MAPA IN 62/2003 ) and milk quality (MAP Normative Instruction 51/2002 ).
