PENGGUNAAN METODE ROLE PLAYING DALAM PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS DI KELAS V SD

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcome of social studies through Role Playing method on the fivth grade students of SD Negeri 5 Selomoyo in academic year 2013/2014. The research is Collaborative-Classroom Action Research in three cycles and each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the use of Role Playing method can improve learning outcomes social studies fifth grade students at SDN Selomoyo academic year 2013/2014.Key word: Role Playing, Learning outcome, social studiesAbstrak: Penggunaan Metode Role Playing dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPS di Kelas V SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS melalui penggunaan metode Role Playing pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Selomoyo tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SDN Selomoyo tahun ajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci: Role Playing, Hasil Belajar IP
