PENERAPAN METODE PENDEKATAN INKUIRI DALAM PENINGKATAN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA TENTANG PECAHAN PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 2 SIDOAGUNG TAHUN AJARAN 2012/2013

Abstract: The Use of Inquiry Method in Improve Learning Mathematic about defective of Grade Students IV SD. This study aimed to describe the use of Inquiry Method in improve learning outcomes mathematic of grade students class IV. This study is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of three cycles, each cycle there are two meetings. The conclusions of this study is that the use of Inquiry Method can improve the process and learning in the class mathematic about pecahan of Grade Students IV. Thing index finger with improve grade average class result learning students every cycles. At cycles one grade average class reach 76,69, cycles two level become 77,12 and at cycles three reach 80,27. Keyword: Inquiry Method, Learning Outcomes, Mathematic. Abstrak: Penggunaan Metode Pendekatan Inkuiri dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika tentang Pecahan pada Siswa Kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode pendekatan inkuiri dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus, masing-masing siklus ada dua pertemuan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan metode pendekatan inkuiri dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika tentang pecahan pada siswa kelas IV. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata kelas hasil belajar siswa tiap siklus. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 76,69, siklus II meningkat menjadi 77,12 dan pada siklus III mencapai 80,27. Kata Kunci: Metode Inkuiri, Hasil Belajar, Matematika
