ДИАГНОСТИКА ГОТОВНОСТИ УЧИТЕЛЯ К ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ВНЕУРОЧНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ МЛАШИХ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ ПО ЭКОЛОГО-КРАЕВЕДЧЕСКОМУ НАПРАВЛЕНИЮ

This paper considers the problem of preparation of the future teacher to the organization of extracurricular activities in environmental (ecological) and local history for younger students and dedicated to this aspect in the implementation of the Federal state educational standard of the new generation. It describes the components of professional readiness of the future teacher for this type of activity; analyzes the results of the evaluation of the readiness of the future teachers carried out by the author developed criteria, indicators and diagnostic tools. Materials can be used by teachers of pedagogical universities and teacher training institutes.В статье рассматривается проблема подготовки будущего учителя к организации внеурочной деятельности младших школьников по эколого-краеведческому направлению в аспекте реализации Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта нового поколения. Рассматриваются компоненты профессиональной готовности будущего учителя к данному виду деятельности; проводится анализ результатов оценки данной готовности будущего учителя, проведенной по разработанным автором критериям, показателям и средствам диагностики. Материалы могут быть использованы преподавателями педагогических вузов и институтов повышения квалификации учителей
