Based on the spherical vector wave functions in gyrotropic anisotropic medium, and the first and second first and second Bessel function satisfying the same different equation and recursive formula. Electromagnetic fields in gyrotropic medium can be obtained, and with the continue boundary condition in the surface of a gyrotropic spherical shell, a plane wave scattering by a gyrotropic spherical shell is derived. Some numerical results are given in the end of this paper
