The organizations' managers should assess and measure the operation of the departments under their direction in order to improve their general organization operation. In this study, the relative efficiency of human force was assessed by DEA model; the measurement and cross-sectional method was used to collect necessary data. First, the main input and output variables were selected and then an appropriate Data Envelopment Analysis model was selected (Yield model in proportion to stable criterion) to assess the relative efficiency.
