The main purpose of the study was the evaluation of the effective factors of implementation of knowledge management in Customs supervision office of Mazandaran Province from the viewpoints of managers and employees. The statistical population included all the managers and part-time or full-time employees of Customs supervision office of Mazandaran Province from which 125 people were selected. For data collection, researcher-made questionnaire was applied. In data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were applied.
