PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SD PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKN STANDAR KOMPETENSI MENGENAL SISTEM PEMERINTAHAN TINGKAT PUSAT MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW

Abstract : This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of student achievement grade IV SDN 1 Tosari District Brangsong Kendal on the subject of Civics 2nd semester of the academic year 2016/2017 with the use of jigsaw learning model. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Tosari, Brangsong District, Kendal District, in the even semester of the academic year 2016/2017, which amounted to 32 people in Civics learning. Methods of data collection with tests and method documentation. The provision of action in the form of jigsaw learning model proved effective and successful in improving students' learning outcomes grade IV SDN 1 Tosari District Brangsong Kendal on subjects of Civics Competency Standards familiar to the central government system. Prior to the action, the students' learning outcomes only achieved an average score of 67.66, in the first cycle the average score increased to 70.31 and in the second cycle increased to 73.13. The research findings show that the very low percentage of completeness is only 18 students (56.25%), after the action is done by using jigsaw learning model in cycle I has increased to 23 students (71.88%) which is complete and in cycle II to 29 students (90.63 %) is declared complete. This class action research has reached the indicator of success that is set at least is 80.00%.Abstrak : Jenis penilitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Tosari Kecamatan Brangsong Kendal pada mata pelajaran PKn semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran jigsaw. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Tosari Kecamatan Brangsong Kabupaten Kendal pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 32 orang dalam pembelajaran PKn. Metode pengumpulan data dengan tes dan metode dokumentasi. Pemberian tindakan berupa model pembelajaran jigsaw terbukti efektif dan berhasil dalam meningkatakan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Tosari Kecamatan Brangsong Kendal pada mata pelajaran PKn Standar Kompetensi mengenal sistem pemerintahan tingkat pusat. Sebelum diberikan tindakan hasil belajar siswa hanya mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 67.66, pada siklus I nilai rata-ratanya meningkat menjadi 70.31 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 73.13. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase ketuntasan yang sangat rendah yaitu hanya 18 siswa (56.25%), setelah diberikan tindakan dengan menggunakan model pemebelajaran jigsaw pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan menjadi 23 siswa (71.88%) yang sudah tuntas dan pada siklus II menjadi 29 siswa (90.63%) yang dinyatakan tuntas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu minimal adalah 80.00%.Kata Kunci: prestasi belajar, model pembelajaran jigsaw, penelitian tindaka
