This research aims to examine:1) How big the effectofbench press and sitting calf exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 2) How big the effect of chest press and leg press exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 3)How big the effect difference between bench press and sitting calf exercises and chest press and leg press exercises to to arm muscle power and leg muscle power. Research subject was boy student of SMA Negeri 1 Manyar as many 36 students, with age span 15-17 years which divided to three groups.
