SKEMA INTERAKSI SOSIAL ETNIS CINA-JAWA KOTA SURAKARTA

Surakarta has a multiethnic and multicultural society. There have been long conflicts that led to forms of discrimination and violence against ethnic Chinese in Surakarta. This conflict resulted in deep trauma for the Surakarta society. Conflict reconciliation is needed so that there is no gap between the society. One of the efforts made is to carry out social interactions. The purpose of this study was to create a scheme of forms of social interaction spread across several fields. This article was prepared using a library study method where the data obtained came from various books, journals, and theses. The results show that the interaction of Chinese and Javanese in Surakarta can be made into a scheme grouped in 8 fields, such as language, education, economics, religion, community activities, arts, marriage, and cultureAbstract Surakarta has a multiethnic and multicultural society. Abstrak Masyarakat kota Surakarta merupakan masyarakat multietnis dan multikultur. Meskipun demikian, di Surakarta pernah terjadi konflik panjang yang mengarah pada bentuk diskriminasi dan kekerasan terhadap etnis Cina. Konflik ini secara langsung mengakibatkan trauma mendalam bagi masyarakat Surakarta. Sehingga, perlu upaya rekonsiliasi konflik supaya tidak ada lagi kesenjangan di antara masyarakat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan interaksi sosial. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuat skema bentuk interaksi sosial yang tersebar pada beberapa bidang. Artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dimana data yang diperoleh berasal dari berbagai buku, jurnal, hasil penelitian, skripsi maupun tesis tentang interaksi etnis Cina dan Jawa di Surakarta. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh yakni interaksi etnis Cina dan Jawa di Surakarta dapat dibuat menjadi sebuah skema yang dikelompokkan dalam 8 bidang yakni: bahasa, pendidikan, ekonomi, keagamaan, kegiatan masyarakat, kesenian, perkawinan, dan kebudayaan.Kata Kunci: Interaksi Sosial, Etnis Cina, Etnis Jawa, Surakarta, Konflik
