ABSTRACT: This study was aimed to obtain oil and the exact saponification optimization to protect unsaturated fats, which does not interfere with the fermentation of rumen fluid. The studied the protective effects of unsaturated fat as sheep feed supplement on fermentation parameters of sheep rumen fluid in vitro. Three oil comparising lemuru fish oil (LFO), sunflower seed oil (SSO) and corn oil (CO) each made with a combination of saponification soap and capsulation.
