This research focuses on community resilience in disaster prone area especially Indonesian villages which implemented disaster resilient village policy. The Indonesian disaster resilient village policy divides villages into 3 categories: advance resilient village, intermediate resilient village and basic resilient village. There are some aspects to determine whether a village called resilience to disaster. Those aspects are: risk legislation, planning, institutional, funding, capacity building, and disaster management implementation.
