PEMANFAATAN ZAKAT PRODUKTIFDALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN MUSTAHIQ (Studi KasusProgram Warung Beres Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta)

This research came from the thoughts of the more increasingly poor society empowerment through tithe distribution in productive tithe form. The tithe that has been give to the receiver (mustahiq) is going to have a role as supporting of their economic raising if it consumed to productive economic activity. Dompet Dhuafa as National Tithe Institute is making a serious effort to take a part of Indonesia prosperity building succession. In order to increase the prosperity of society, Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta gives empowerment tithe programs through the rise of financial capital, it begins by one of its pioneer that called �warung beres (bersih, enak, sehat)� program. This research heads for (1) analyzing target�s accuracy in tithe fund distribution, (2) analyzing the empowerment of receiver (mustahik) income level before and after receiving productive tithe, (3) analyzing how far productive tithe is able to change poor to be not poor, (4) analyzing the role of organizer to do monitoring productive tithe that has been distributed. The data that used in this research are gained by primary data. These primary data gained directly from the respondents by using questioner technique of survey methods. These gained data are analyzed by using descriptive analysis and paired sample test. Data tabulation use SPSS program 16.0 for windows and Microsoft Excel 2007. Based on descriptive analysis and paired sample test that productive tithe fund distribution of this �warung beres� is given to appropriate target, which is 25 of 30 respondents are truly the poor. There is income rise which are the average before from Rp. 572.000,- to Rp. 1.020.000,-. If it�s looked by their income before and after productive tithe from Dompet Dhuafa, it actually can turn the poor to be not poor, by seeing the average of the poor before they received the productive tithe which are 24 respondents and the average of their income rise after getting help. Dompet Dhuafa officers were also doing associate efforts twice in a month, it is purposed so that all program participants are being more motivated to work
