The study explains the Correlation between lecturers performance and their work culture. Currently working culture approach can be used in an effort to improve lecturers performance. Indicators for measuring are work culture as the main commitment,customer focus, consensus decision making, team work, continuous improvement, shared value, competition orientation, wealth creation.
