Design of electronic nose to classify the odor pattern of pure tofu and formalin tofu has been created. There are some sensors used namely TGS 2610, TGS 2620, TGS 2611, TGS 2602, and TGS 2600, because formalin is chemical substance that can easily be oxidized and belonged to the group of volatile compound, to detect the odor of formalin on tofu, gas sensor array sensitive to the group of OH, CO, and hydrocarbon is used. The research method of gas sensor array is used, with principal of seizing the odor produced by tofu. Odor seized by sensor array cause the change on sensor resistance and the vibration of output sensor will follow accordingly, then the value of output sensor is converted by micro-controller Arduino which interact with Lab V...
