Avocado oil is a functional oil which has many beneficial effects to human health. Because of its advantages, avocado oil has a high price compared with other edible vegetable oil which reaches 15-20 times higher for its price. Due to its high price of avocado oil illegal practice will possibly occur, such as falsification of avocado oil to get more economical profit. So, an analytical method is needed to detect oil falsification fast, accurately, reproducibly, and environmental friendly.
