SARANA PENGINDERAAN AKTIVITAS LAMBUNG KELINCI PUTIH LOKAL (Oryctolagus cuniculus) DAN PEMODELAN ELEKTROGASTROGRAMNYA

Gastric content�s mass and pH commonly assesed invasively using endoscopic biopsy or semi-invasively using swallowable encapsulated transducer. EGG (electrogastrography) which is a technuiqe for observing gastric myoelectrical activity non-invasively, could be designed as mobile device. If the pH and the mass of gastric content could be assesed from EGG measurement only, then EGG promises a non-invasive, easy, and user-friendly diagnostic tool to asses such gastric parameters. In this research 72 EGG recordings were obtained from 13 local white rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus). The EGG recording instrument was arranged from two cutaneous electrodes connected to AD-620 instrumentation amplifier that had been set for 50 gain, and the output was fed into GWINSTEK GDS 1102-A-U digital oscilloscope at 10 samples per second. Recorded EGGs were processed using SCILAB 5.5.1 package. Signal processing consists of waveform identification altogether with the associated recognitions of resting, depolarization, ECA plateau, and repolarization segments of each EGG in the time domain based on the proper amplitude and duration filter. EGG parameter such as the average of ECA potential, the average of resting segment time interval, and the average of ECA segment time interval obtained from the applied signal processing. All rabbits were sacrified for the recordings in order to obtain its stomach content�s mass and pH data. EGG waveform generator for local white rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) then was modeled using those data. Therefore, the result of this research is a model that provides a method to assess the EGG waveform given for the the mass and pH of local white rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus)�s stomach content
