This research aims to investigate the relationship between financial compensation, non financial compensation with job satisfaction and also to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention in Ayam Penyet Suroboyo company Central Java outlets. Population of this research was all employees of �Ayam Penyet Suroboyo� at Central Java outlets involve around 356 people. I used a random sampling as the sampling method, this research measured variables by using a questionnaire with five alternative answers of Likert�s scale. Data analysis used path analysis.
