This graduating paper aims to discuss brief history of Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa. Moreover, the next goal is to determine the marketing strategy implemented by Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa (JTT) and customer�s opinion about marketing strategies according to their customers. The method used for getting some data which is relevant with the topic in this graduating paper, the writer did a field study and literature. For the field study, the writer interviewed the manager of Jogja Traditional Treatment Salon & Spa. In addition, the writer also asked some customers to fill out a questionnaire.
