ANALISIS TINGKAT PERSEDIAAN EKSPOR KOMODITAS HORTIKULTURA (SAYUR DAN BUAH) PT BUMI SARI LESTARI FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EXPORTER KE SINGAPURA

Horticultural crops is one of the products of agriculture which today tend to become the main export and constant demand along with the economic development of the community. But the condition was not always in the condition can be controlled. There are times when exporters are still difficult to fulfill the demand of importers. One possible cause is an imbalance between supply and demand in a supply chain system that occurs. Conditions that often become obstacles that need to be resolved in the supply chain system to Singapore vegetables and fruits. The condition also causes a decreased supply chain performance. One effort to improve performance in order to keep the supply chain in order to remain in the best condition is to conduct the inventory control system of each offender.
