PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PUSKESMAS (SIMPUS) TERKAIT PELAYANAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI PUSKESMAS GONDOKUSUMAN II YOGYAKARTA
