Background : Improper food handling contributes to the occurence of foodborne disease. One contributor that may cause foodborne disease is food handler. To prevent foodborne disease, it is important to apply food hygiene and sanitation in food production. Another prevention method is by implementing hygiene and sanitation training for food handlers.
