White root disease caused by Rigidoporus microporus is the most important disease on Hevea rubber. Various control methods were recommended to overcome the disease, but could not solve the problem completely yet. The objectives of this study were to explore antagonistic bacterial isolates from Mimosa sp. rhizosphere, assess the antagonism effectiveness and mechanism against R. microporus in vitro and followed by identification.
