APLIKASI ELEKTRONIK VOTING (E-VOTING) HIMPUNAN MAHASISWA KOMPUTER DAN SISTEM INFORMASI (HIMAKOMSI)

Electronic voting is one of the forms of technology development that supports many activities especially in the field of making a decision. The community of computer and information sysem students of Vocational School Gadjah Mada University or also known as Himkomsi has implemented e-voting activities in the presidential election, but the e-voting system that has been created still has many shortcomings, such as the final results of the election were not accepted by all voters who have been voting. In addition, elections of the head of division in Himakomsi still done manually by calculating the votes in the election meeting. This causes all votes of all members of the division were not distributed. Based on that conditions, writer built an electronic voting system that is able to assits to do election of the new chairman and election of the head of division at Himakomsi as well as the final results with graph and tabel appereance. This application can also assess the performances of the chairman and the events that organized by Himakomsi with given rating and comment. This application is created using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, JQuery and MySQL database
