The quality of the oocyte morphology can be evaluated using direct and indirect methods. Direct method is observation oocyte quality by asseing directly observed object. Indirect method have the advantage to know the quality of the oocyte through the number of ovarian follicles. Oocyte quality has possibility determine the quality of embryo production both in vivo and in vitro. Thus, this study was conducted in order to determine the effect of the number of cattle�s ovarian follicles on morphological quality of oocytes in vitro.
