The objective of this research is to investigate and analyze how the level of capitalization of property home store in the city of Bukittinggi and the factors are influence it. Factors thought to effect the property home store in the city of Bukittinggi are buiding area (LB), parking area (LP), building age (UB), number of floors (LT), the distance to the city center (JRP), lease time (TS), and location (LO) as a dummy variable. This research used directly surveys. Data used in the research is cross sectional data sampling with 90 samples spread over each research site in 2014.
