This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of papaya seed in feed on duck�s lipid and cholesterol, on meat and serum. This studied start with 7 days old ducks and reared until 45 days old ducks. The parameters observed were feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion ratio, abdominal fat, subcutaneous fat, meat quality, meat cholesterol, total cholesterol of serum, HDL, LDL, triglyceride, fatty acid, and sensory testing (colour, flavour, taste, textur, and tenderness).
