The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the acceptance of social networking as the information and knowledge sharing media at Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada. This research combines the constructs from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model. The respondents in this research are 230 students of FEB UGM. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used as examination technique and AMOS IBM as analysis tool.
