KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA PETUGAS REKAM MEDIS BAGIAN FILING DI RSU PKU MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL

Background: Health and safety is not only important for medical record personnel but also to support the productivity of labor. Occupational health and safety officer is a good medical record will have a positive impact on the productivity of medical records personnel that will improve health care and benefit for the hospital. The risk of accidents at work can lead to the decline in labor productivity, so that should be an effort to minimize the impact of the risk of workplace accidents. Health and safety at work is intended to prevent, reduce, or even eliminate the risk of accidents to protect workers (zero accident). Behavior medical records clerk in the filing section work is one of the causes of the risk of accidents, which is unsafe action and unsafe condition. Therefore it is necessary to do research on the health and safety of medical records clerk. Objective: To identify the occupational health and safety of the medical recorder filing section in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital by human factors, work equipment factors, and work environment factors. Method: This study is a qualitative case study approach and cross-sectional study design. The subjects are medical recorder filing section in the Medical Record Installation PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital, while the object of research is occupational health and safety. Techniques of data collection by interview, observation, and study documentation. Analysis using reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Technique of validity of the data by means of triangulation techniques. Results: The results of this study indicate that occupational health and safety officer medical record filing section views of human factors, equipment factors work, and work environment factors. In human factors need to be held to improve the dissemination of knowledge, attitudes, and medical record personnel actions. At the factors necessary working equipment maintenance, repair, improvement, replacement, and additions as needed as well as security in the storage rack. While the work environment factors include temperature, ventilation, lighting, noise, color interior, floors, and walls in general are consistent with the theory. However, the addition of air conditioning needed in order clerk medical records do not experience burnout and job stress and lift muffler on medical record file
