Introduction: The development of economically affordable bonegraft is needed for orthopaedic practice. Synthetic phorous biphasic calcium phosphate could be produced from bovine bone. Objective: To evaluate the application of phorous bovine biphasic calcium phosphate compared to commercial phorous hydroxyapatite graft as bonegraft on animal model. Methods: This study comprise of graft manufacturing process using bovine bone as calcium resource for phorous biphasic calcium phosphate production. Graft implantation procedure of researched material and commercial hydroxtapatite was conducted on twenty critical size defect of Rattus novergicus femur. X-Ray evaluation was performed at the day of implantation and at teh 28 days after implantation....
