PEMETAAN KETIMPANGAN DISTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN BERDASARKAN WILAYAH DAN KARAKTERISTIK PENDUDUK DI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR DENGAN APLIKASI ADePT (AUTOMATED DEVELOPMENT ECONOMIC AND POVERTY TABLES)

East Kalimantan province has the highest GDP in Indonesia , but the level of poverty is still high in some areas. This shows that the economic growth has not evenly distributed. This study aims to analyze and map the inequality of income distribution in East Kalimantan province. This study applying the data of National Socioeconomic Survey (Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional-SUSENAS) of individual core in 2003, 2007 and 2011 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The tool used in this analysis is ADePT (Automated Economic Development and Poverty Table), GIC (Growth Incidence Curve) and growth and redistribution decomposition of poverty changes, GIS (Geographic Information System), and regional typology. The results showed that the inequality of income distribution in the East Kalimantan province is increased. The gap between urban and rural areas increased, as well as education gap among households. The highest inequality of income distribution occurs in Bontang. The inequality also occur between the southern and northern region and the central region. The increasing of mining sector dominance which has intensive capital causes increasing ininequality of income distribution in East Kalimantan. The analysis also showed that in absolute terms the growth in East Kalimantan is pro-poor growth, but relatively not propoor growth
