PROTOTYPE SHEETINGLINE CUT BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER AT89S52 DI PT. SURYA ZIG ZAG KEDIRI ( TINJAUAN SECARA HARDWARE )

PT. Surya Zig Zag is a manufacture which produces cigarette paper. In the production process, there is a device which the way of working is manually. The device is used in cigarette paper cutting process. The aims of the recommended device are to evaluate the perfomance of current manufacture�s device and to recommend the repaired device as improvement. Fot that reasons, it need to repair the device focused on controlling aspect. The recommended device is prototype based on AT89S52 microcontroller sheetingline cut. In the step of design process is making block system diagrams to identify the need of inputs and outputs of microcontroller. Then, the next steps are designing mechanical system, designing electrical controling and wiring. This device works by using basic principle of microcontroller AT89S52, reedswitch sensor, infrared sensor, optocoupler sensor, LCD, and keypad. As of mechanic drivers are DC motors and stepper motors. The device can work automatically and manually. To run the device manually use the push button. When the tool works automatically, reedswitch sensors serve to set limitations on the movement of a DC motor press, cutting section, moving table, and lifting table. Optocoupler sensor is used to calculate the paper length, number of cut paper, and conveyor speed. Sensors are used for safety devices and paper detector is infrared sensor
