There is doubt on the direct linkage between financial sector and the real sector. Does an event occur in financial sector have impact on the real sector activity. When there exist the linkage, how this works. This research estimates the linkage between financial development and real sector in four Asian countries which are China, India, Indonesia, and South Korea. Financial development in this research is represented by monetary sector and stock market and the real sector is represented represent by economic output. By using Granger Lin causality test this methods connects variables that are identified their causality in the long run.
