In relation of working , there are two sides, employers and employees . In relation of working, there is conflict of interest between employers with employees who hope increase the amount of production with very small expulsion for a thrift , besides that employees should always hope increased quality of basic rights for workers like protection for occupational safety and health of workers . The purpose of this research is to know factors to that make protection of law for occupational safety and health of workers in PT . Selo Manunggal Sejati still not accordance with the regulations . Methods of sample filter used purposive sampling. In this study found the fact that there are a few protection occupational safety and health of workers not fulfilled and of course, there need improvement protection of safety and healthy of work at PT .
